I started as a software engineer in 2008, then spent a decade as an independent developer building production systems for clients across the US, UK, and Europe before registering MindGears Technologies in 2019. My longest single client has been with me for 13+ years, and the work we've done together spans four production platforms that are all still live.
Every project is founder-led from architecture through delivery. You get the same person who designs the schema, writes the critical code, and owns the production rollout. The small senior team behind me holds the same standard, which is how systems stay stable after launch, not just finished on a deadline.
I keep MindGears small on purpose. The model only works if every engineer has earned the same level of trust I'd put on my own code.
